Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, current, and complete. This includes traveler names, contact details, payment information, dates, and any special requests provided during the booking process.

FlipTrip may suspend or restrict access where account misuse, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or repeated submission of false information puts the platform, suppliers, or other customers at risk.

Travel and payment details must be accurate so reservations can be processed correctly.

Bookings, Pricing, and Availability

Search results, pricing, room options, activities, and availability may change in real time based on supplier updates, inventory conditions, taxes, fees, and booking rules. A listing or search result does not guarantee final availability until the reservation is successfully confirmed.

FlipTrip aims to present pricing and booking information as clearly as possible, but supplier content may occasionally contain changes, restrictions, or limitations outside our direct control. Taxes, local charges, cancellation terms, and provider rules should be reviewed carefully during checkout.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Platform Content and Acceptable Use

All content on FlipTrip, including branding, visual layouts, recommendation formats, copy, software behavior, and site structure, is owned by FlipTrip or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the platform for personal, lawful travel planning and booking purposes only.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with security features, misuse automated tools, reproduce substantial platform content without permission, or use FlipTrip in a way that harms the service, its suppliers, or other customers.

FlipTrip content and product experience are protected and should only be used for lawful personal travel use.

Automation, scraping, abuse, and interference with the service are not permitted.

FlipTrip works to provide a reliable and polished booking experience, but some travel services rely on third-party suppliers whose operations, policies, and real-time inventory are outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, FlipTrip is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from supplier actions, force majeure events, travel disruptions, or customer-provided errors.
